Get everyone's mail but mine..missing bills missing dog license mail but I get my neighbors mail on a regular basis..I often wonder if they can read got a 50 dollar fine from the town for dog license mail that failed to be delivered on 3 occasions..you people really rock.

Worst post office I ever been to or dealt with in my life. Wish I could give no stars prior to coming they lied about attempting a delivery to my house which I was home at the time and my outgoing mail was never even picked up and then said I requested it be picked up from the post office. After being on the phone over a hour and they assured me it wasn't getting delivered and I had to pick it up the next day from the post office and that's what I attempted to do. When I came in the woman behind the counter was taking a man's tracking number and told him his package was already on a truck even provides him with the mailman number but when it was my turn she immediately went to writing down a number telling me to call later or it might be at another post office I found that strange considering she wouldn't even take my tracking number or even attempt to look up my package after her refusing to help me she called for the woman supervisor with the face acne who was even worst and very condescending and rude and also refused to help me or even attempt to look up my package she even tried to have me wait outside 45 min I wish I never had to deal with them again but what choice do we have

They removed the mail boxes so I go inside now and give my mail and thanks to postal workers!!

Mail Carrier at our property in particular, intrusive, shouting, attempting to force mail into obsolete slot, removing magazines or brochures from large magazine rack designed to hold whatever is delivered, placing all of them in front of disabled tenant's door, creating slipping hazard & forcing a seriously disabled tenant to lean over & lift from floor shouting at disabled tenant who can't retrieve mail every day, wildly inappropriate. Complaints have been lodged, continues.Local police lieutenant has offered to
send officers if he repeats this misconduct because postal supervisor isn't monitoring. HORRIBILE DELIVERY SERVICE. RUDE TO THE POINT OF BULLYING. TENANTS HEARD HIM BULLYING DISABLED TENANT.

Great customer service, fast lane , staff always friendly and attentive to the customers, very clean and organized, they help me with all my returns with the labels and taped for me thanks so much!!!!

Every time I have come here the employees are very nice, respectful and efficient at helping me with shipping items or tracking down a package.I have shown up with an item that needed to be shipped and an address and had an employee take care of getting packaging materials and getting it all packaged up and shipped.

I received informed delivery on the 28th of June informing me that i have 2 pieces of mail. It is now the 1st of July and NO MAIL has been delivered to anyone in the building i reside in. Even though i live in West Springfiled, Agawam post office deliveres the mail to my residence. My wife called yesterday the 30th and was told "no mail is at the post office for our address so it must be out for delivery" I have 1 question WHERE IS OUR MAIL!!!

I came here for the first time to mail a package and to buy some stamps. They also sell hallmark cards here. The inside of this place is very nice. The employees are nice and friendly. The parking lot is medium sized and it has handicap accessible entrance and handicap parking. The floors look clean and they also have po boxes. I even put up a photo of this place.
