Jordin, the Lincoln service advisor, is on top of the needs when my vehicle requires service every 10 weeks. He and the team at Sarat Ford Lincoln make my service as easy as possible and I don't have to worry about the details, they handle it all.

I will not get into the details here, but to think I have to wait almost 3 weeks for service to address a matter I think is questionable to my health is alarming.

This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Sarat Ford, each time we worked with Salesman Kevin Daubitz who was extremely attentive to what things we absolutely wanted in our vehicles. We received a fair trade value on the vehicle we traded in, which helped with the purchase of our new Expedition. Can't say enough good things about our 2024 Expedition---absolutely love it so far! We did our research before making this purchase and so far, everything we read is true! Hoping to have this vehicle for a very long time. Thank you to all of those at Sarat Ford who assisted us.

Beware of this service department. My dad purchased a vehicle from this dealership back in January 2022, along with a warranty. The vehicle has only been serviced at Sarat Ford. The first service was the water pump in which was covered under warranty back in July 2023. Next was the alternator that was repaired months later in October 2023. While my dad's car was being serviced for the alternator, the hood had to be replaced by the technician who damaged it. All the while, my dad is battling leukemia. This leads me to detail why he had recent work done back in April of this year in preparation for our drive to Atlanta, GA to move him in with me to assist him as his caregiver throughout his cancer treatments. While in route, the engine light came on. I told my dad we'll take his car to the Lincoln dealership once we get back to Atlanta. So we brought my dad's car to be looked at in Atlanta, and the Lincoln dealership diagnostic test read back a cam shaft code. In turn, the dealership needed to do a full diagnostic that cost $1,950.00 because they needed to take the engine apart, so we proceeded. The dealership inspection report came back and in discovery of a bolt that wasn't replaced at the time of the water pump being replaced when Sarat Ford's Service Department did the work. Now , my dad's car needs a new engine that the warranty company doesn't want to cover/replace because they've already paid Sarat Ford Service Department for faulty repairs. We have been calling and contacting Sarat Ford weekly with absolutely no resolve. My next steps are going to be contacting a lawyer, mind you, my dad is still fighting for his life with cancer through this whole ordeal and hasn't had his vehicle going on four months now, all the while, still making payments on his car note that is inaccessible. God does not like ugly. BEWARE of this service department.

my salesman Dan Krupa was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was able to get me in a new F150 sooner than I expected. Both Jeff, Sarat and Dan worked very hard to help me get out of my prior lease and get me into a new lease. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The dealership in Western mass.
