Thank you to the worker named Dwight at the Nouria Gas Station located next to the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, MA. On October 10, I was having car issues in the middle of the night. This was obviously a super stressful situation for me especially being a young woman in downtown Springfield driving by myself. I had to pull over at the Nouria gas station to let my engine cool down and get coolant. This is when Dwight approached me with a positive, uplifting attitude and asked me if I was okay and needed any help. Dwight went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. He was so kind, professional, and was happy to help me put coolant in my car. The way Dwight handled a stressful situation really helped me more than I can even put into words. He didn’t only treat me like a customer, but treated me like a person who just needed help. His handling of the situation shows how good of a worker he is and he deserves all the good karma coming his way. Thank you Dwight for all your help!

I returned to Nouria on main St after over a year From a rube manager who made it her family play ground.I stopped in a couple mo.ago to find a real pleasant manager who greats you with a hi or good morning..I told a couple other friends about the turn around..we all now stop there once again..

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The cashiers inside are so rude. They are more concerned with their phones or talking with other employees than being nice to customers. Terrible service. They dont enforce wearing masks so I see lots of customers come in not wearing one. The workers behind the counter dont even wear masks. If they do they are hanging off their ears of below their chin.
