I had an issue with a lift pump and they rebuilt it for me same day while I waited. Great people and very knowledgeable they are over an hour from me but I won’t use anyone else from now on

Metro has rebuilt many fuel injectors for our diesel excavators and skid steer loaders. They always have a fast turn a round and the services are great.

Used to be good, not any more. Today or tomorrow means may be in few days if the remember. Bad injectors we will replace but won’t call you for over a year.

I was diagnosing a drivability issue and all signs pointed to the injectors. I brought them in to be checked and serviced, and after a few weeks wait they were returned to me with a clean bill of health.Reinstalling them, the issue remained, so I spent hours of diag time and replaced a few other possible parts to no avail. I finally looped back to the conclusion that, despite being checked, the injectors HAD to be the issue.I called Metro, spoke with them about the previous service and my continuing problems and brought them back. They took another couple weeks to get back to me with "there's something wrong, they flow the right amount, but the pattern is bad. We can't do anything with them"I ordered a new set of injectors, installed them, and my issues were solved. But to get there, I paid metro twice only to have to order a new set of injectors anyways, plus my time and effort trying to track down a problem I correctly diagnosed in the first place.The staff here was friendly and helpful, but the service I received was poor.

They always do a good job, they are reliable and experts in injection products, I have always worked and trusted the injectors of my work with them and I have never had a mechanical failure in terms of the services they offer. 100% reliable.

Good price good work 2 years ago ! I went in yesterday to get some injectors cleaned they were not happy to service them for some reason bad costumer service not sure if they have new management but definitely won’t be returning
