Change machine has been broken for YEARS. Now it's all sealed up. How do you expect people to use your vacuums if you don't provide a means to pay for it.

The hose on the self service is way to stiff and the automatic NEVER does an undercarriage wash when I pay for it but other than that it's a decent car wash

I prefer touchless car washes and this facility is close to my home, so definitely a convenience factor at play here. However, while I typically get good results, occasionally I'll experience malfunctions - after paying - without having a reliable way to report the issue or to get a refund. It can be frustrating.
