Their friendly demeanor and assistance are truly appreciated every time we visit.”

“They been changing staff around lately but the new people are good. Friendly. And they stay open Till closing time, which is nice cuz I cut it close occasionally, and it really pisses me off when you go somewhere and places close there doors 5-10mins early. (LIKE the Stop&Shop 1min away)

“My wife and I recently finished a kitchen remodel which included new kitchen cabinets, countertop, backsplash and appliances. After interviewing several kitchen remodel stores we chose Kelly Fradet. We have dealt with several construction projects in the past including two major additions to our house but I can honestly say this was the most seamless well organized and pleasant experience we have ever gone through. Diane B walked us through the project from day one and maintained communication throughout ensuring everything was completed in a timely fashion. She helped us with the numerous styles, paint colors, countertop selections and even hardware choices. The installer Kurt was excellent at his craft, always punctual and communicated the plans perfectly. Everything came out beautiful. We both enthusiastically recommend Kelly Fradet if you are looking for a kitchen remodel. They have excellent customer service and do phenomenal work.”

“Friendly and engaging customer service. Main focus seems to be flooring, doors, windows, and cabinets. Very good prices, but I'd still double check other sources. Walking through this places really gets your brain working on potential projects. Great variety of flooring choices. Seems really easy to get a project going. Easy store layout with flooring samples to take. Check it out first, before going to the big box stores.”

“Needed a part for my AC unit and Plimpton & Hills had it….To the person who answered my call on Friday April 14, 2023 at 4pm THANK YOU.LONG STORY SHORT my AC broke on a 90* day with a 4 month old baby asking where is the AC. When I called for a part, they had it. They also stayed open a little later for us and gave directions to locate the building.AGAIN THANK for the best customer service..”
“Recently replaced all interior doors, windows, and trim using Kelly-Fradet. Andy was great to work with and made this a much easier process. He worked directly with my contractor when possible which took much stress off of me. All my questions were answered promptly and courteously. The delivery crew were very nice and careful with unloading materials. Will definitely use KF again.”
“The employees at the Home Depot stores are, for the most part, wonderful. My beef is with the fact that Home Depot (and other retailers) are trying to get rid of employees via the introduction of ‘Self-Checkout’, to the detriment of the patrons and employees. The delays, confusion and
frustration ,while checking out, is rampant at all stores that have implemented and emphasized ‘Self-Checkout’

“I visited this Home Depot for the purpose of seeing about replacement screens from windows I had purchased from there several years ago. I went to the Millwork department where I met Ian. After explaining my situation Ian was very helpful and got me a quote which was emailed to me a few days later. I then went back to the store on Saturday and again spoke with Ian who was able to place the order for me. Afterwards I roamed the store and bought a few others items. Overall the store was clean and well stocked. Other employees I came in contact with were friendly and helpful with the questions I asked. Plenty of free parking.”

My experience was different I was looking at showerheads and an employee named German not only asked if I needed help I did look lost but took the time to explain my options and how I could easily change it myself he was polite respectful and I appreciated the. I say to say do not let someone else bad experience keep you from going there I am sure there are more German to assist you”
