The staff were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable.Prices were low as well.This is probably the best place in western Mass if you're growing hydroponically or indoors.Very happy.

Call before you go I like the store but hate the fact the web site does not have right hours of operation. Went last Saturday got there only to find out they have changed their hours. So instead of waiting 50 minutes for them to open I went elsewhere.

I dont shop anywhere else.Every store is always gonna sell you stuff that's what they do. These guys are gonna sell you what they believe in. Each staff member is gonna speak to you from their personal experience and methods, each member of the team I've ever encountered has gone above and beyond to make sure I understand the products and never let me buy "snake oil". I'll be coming here for life.

I have recently switched my business to here from New England Hydroponics in Southampton Ma where I used to be a long time customer. Im a very experienced grower and was impressed with There Selection of products, knowledge, and prices. They are by far superior than New England hydroponics. You will get a straight up answer about products. Not the Snake Oil sales pitch. So far so good
