One thing that stands out how clean and no pet odors. My daughter was very impressed. The staff is professional, caring and friendly. Very impressed with their way of scheduling.

I've been going to this vet for about 25 years. Always fantastic service. But a couple years ago, there was an owner change. The new staff is still very nice but the receptionists have no idea what they are doing. The communication is awful, they forget things all the time, and the organization is a mess. It is very frustrating trying to care for a pet this way.

I moved to Agawam in 2021 with 2 elerly dogs and needed a good vet. Most vets were not accepting new clients. Feeding Hills Vet Clinic was accepting new clients. I booked an appt for my dogs and the 1st few visits went well. Staff was friendly, could usually get appt when needed, office was a little outdated but was clean. Over the next 2 yrs there was lots of staff turnover, each vet seemed to be on a separate page from each other giving different advise, I did not like how a few of the staff treated my dogs. I ended up switching to a new vet after 2 yrs with FH Vet Clinic and I was very happy I did. My new vet is about a 30 min drive but my pets are very happy I made the switch.

I am so grateful to Dr. Andrea and Suzie for helping our pup with a scary, unexpected benign growth in her mouth that needed surgical removal. They were educational, patient, kind, caring, and professional. I felt so safe knowing Macie was in their hands. They go above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough! The staff is always so friendly and kind as well:)

We LOVE Feeding Hills Veterinary Clinic! They always take great care of our three pups—Dex, Mello, and Bernie. We appreciate how informative and attentive they are with ensuring our dogs get the best care. We’ve had some emergencies and non-emergencies, and each instance is treated as a priority. I trust all of the employees and value their knowledge when it comes to the different breeds of our dogs also. I’ve learned so much. They also remember little details, like which one doesn’t like to eat treats when they visit! We highly recommend them to anyone who is making a decision for their fur baby/babies. Top tier care, and very knowledgeable and experienced. We’ve been beyond happy with all of our visits. THANK YOU!

Amazing service and hospitality! Always have been very accommodating when our pets needed their help. Our husky nova tore her ccl and couldn’t walk on it. The nearest appointment we could get was 4 months away at any other vet. Despite all her medical issues, they got us in within a couple weeks and she was on the road to recovery much sooner than we could have hoped.
Not the reason we started going here, but the prices are very reasonable as well. Will always recommend anyone looking for a vet goes here.

I'm pretty sure they're turning into a vca. Every time I would go to pay the bill I would first ask " am I paying the light bill or the mortgage" ? I wasn't kidding either

I love the great staff they have. I am never on hold on the phone, they answer all my questions and get appointments very quick. I always get the results of any tests via texts right away.
