Just walked out & not going back! 6 people waiting in line - Only allow SELF CHECK OUT now! = no cashiers allowed to work only stock shelves. The customer at self-check out credit card was declined - did not have funds. Wants to know where the ATM is - well of course there is not one there! To top it off the store is always a filthy mess & a hazard to walk in through with boxes & stuff piled up everywhere. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

My fiance went to by my neice a nerf gun tonight and the two employees that were working refused to sell it to him all because it said the word gun on it ....they were absolutely rude and ridiculous ? its a kids toy and it can't be bought because of these employees...not sure what the point of having nerf guns on the shelf for sale then. The store is losing sales because of these two ridiculous people that close on Wednesday nights!

Waited for 8 minutes for anyone to ring me up. Walked around the store, spoke up and asked for anyone to help. I was visiting the store in my 30min lunch break so I was frustrated that I wasted most of my break there, but I don't think being upset for waiting almost 10 minutes to find someone is unreasonable. When I finally did win the game of hide and seek, a male and female came from a back hallway laughing and giggling. No apologies or even a word said. Jokes on me for stopping here.

This store is always under stocked and it all starts with management, the last 3 times I went they didn't have what I needed but the Feeding Hill's location had everything I needed, that store is so much more organized and friendly ,

I usually love this store and would love to rate it 5 stars except I just tried calling 57 times and noones picking up. SO either someone's lazy as hell playing games and took the phone off the hook orrr they just don't want to do their job and pick up the phone. My mom wasn't given a bag about an hour ago and paid for the items inside of that bag and thos isn't the first time this happened to her at this location. She tried calling. This business clearly has a landlines. Pick upppp the phone

The cashiers are very good they helped a lot.there's one girl there I don't know her name she has dark hair and she's got a cute little voice she always helps me. I'm adding this because I just went to the Agawam Dollar General and it was awful dirty and the people aren't very nice
