2.5 stars. It's like playing the lottery. You don't know what you are going to get. Most times, I have encountered professional, polite, caring people. Sometimes you get exceedingly rude, demeaning, indiscreet people who are not concerned about Hippa laws.

Nothing but fantastic customer service from this branch. Patrick is phenomenal! Always going above and beyond to meet AND exceed the customers' needs. Whenever I have an issue, I can always count on him to get the job done right.
