So the previous owners were the best neighborhood leave friendly welcoming cheer giver cheers liquors salesman and saleswoman they should have never sold to the ones that they sold to they are nothing but rude they coming to this country they get $5,000 to start a business to not pay taxes will not let you pass for a penny five cents or a dime rude rude rude very rude $5 minimum you're from this city I miss Joe and Maria at least they were more worthy of your friendship you could say hey I'll be here 2 days from now and then you'll pay them these ungrateful Indians that come across country who get $5,000 grants to come start a business and not pay taxes for 5 years won't let you slide for $0.10 I'm sorry but cheers liquors on Springfield Street and feeding hills Massachusetts are the rudest rude rude rudest m*********** of all times then you get the women who work there and talk their language in front of your face and then laugh in your face knowing they're talking crap about you in your face not to mention they have their children in the store running around when there's half days of school or no school someplace some family oriented some great neighborhood some great thank you for your business you know how dare them treat me the way they do when they get the business off of me the way they do and then 5 $0.10 or your damn language wants to make me uncomfortable and feel disrespected I will walk three more miles in the opposite direction to never go there again I am very grateful that Joe got to retire screw them new owners!!!!!!! If I didn't have to give one star I would not even give them not even a half of damn star if I could!!!

The new owners are not very friendly. I've been in a few times. I always say hi when I walk in to an establishment. Most times, the person behind the counter or an employee says hi first but that doesn't happen at Cheers. They don't even acknowledge me. The final straw is when they cash you out, hand you your change, and say nothing. Whatever happened to thanking people for their business? There are plenty of other liquor stores in town who seem to appreciate their customers.

Changed owners. New staff has no interest in small talk with customers. Come on. Its a packy. Gotta learn to answer questions and shoot the breeze a little. Maybe they'll come around.

The remodel was a real upgrade, tons more choices for wine and craft brews. A really big selection for a smaller store - stop by, there's more there than you'd think!

This place went downhill a lot since they have new management they used to always have everything and their bottle open place was always well organized and open now when you go to bottle return the guy never has it unlocked he has a schedule in the front but it's never open and they always give you the excuse that they're doing something to it if they don't want to return bottles why even have it that's just a gimmick for show so people show up there and then end up buying liquor when they can't return their bottles and not only that the guy and woman there are always with an attitude

We gave him $7.20 for one Natty Daddy and 6 nips. Got home with only 5 nips. I called him to inquire and was hung up on. I won't be returning. I suggest to check yourbags before leaving.
