“Indeed this place has experienced a mass Renaissance. For decades it was abandoned and had suffered Mass deterioration. Thankfully it didn't have a meeting with a wrecking ball.
Thankfully, the teamwork of the city, the state and the federal government were able to miraculously resurrect this iconic landmark and did a phenomenal job in terms of restoration as well as preserving many of the remaining inventory of historical artifacts of the original railroads and of the former Charles Hotel from a bygone era. The consolidation of local bus service PVTA, Intercity service of Greyhound and Peter Pan buses, rail service of commuter rail and Amtrak offer great convenience to travel to a multitude of destinations. They could probably add an overhead shelter at the Intercity bus depot areas similar to what was at the prior Peter Pan Station and they need to raise all the platforms for all of the trains at all the tracks. Moreover they should consider opening the upper-level part of Amtrak for people to wait for the trains up on that level to see their trains coming or going as well as offering additional restrooms for Amtrak passengers without them having to climb up and down stairs or go on an elevator.”

He is so helpful towards every customer and always greets everyone with a smile. He even upgrade to a SUV on my 3rd rental. This place is highly recommended for rentals.”

“I’m almost 40 and it’s my first time renting a car ? I needed a last minute rental and the manager went above and beyond anything I would have expected for customer service. My car is 12 years old and she gave me a detailed run through of all the new “features”. The vehicle was clean, the customer service accommodating and excellent. “And they did it again! I posted the below review prior to my last rental. This time I had the dates wrong on my reservation and I was taken care of without event. They had an SUV ready for me within 20 minutes and I was on my way. GREAT customer service and care. All Budget Car Rental locations should be so effcient.(PREVIOUS REVIEW)I have used this Budget on 2 occasions and have been super pleased each time. The service and vehicle condition were great. My third time is approaching Friday. Happy returning customer.”

“Working for a large company that does alot of business in New England, I am at this airport multiple times a month, and with all of the uncertainties of any trip one thing is alway certain, Holly will always great me with a smile on her face and treat me as if I am the most important customer of the day. She ALWAYS makes sure that I am satisfied (to the best of her ability) with the vehicle I rent. As a president circle member many times the vehicles on the line are no t what I require and she will always do her best to make it right.
