I'd like to acknowledge Tim for his commitment in helping me take the steps needed to get me to my ultimate goal and more importantly I'd like to thank him for the opportunity to work with me when other sources denied me...its great to know such a resource is out there for these kinds of situations and I know I could believe in him when I mentioned my balances and he said "I'm not worried about that" ...gave me relief before we even got started...hes great at what he does, I know its just the beginning but my financial situation can only go up from here and nothing comes easy and as the saying goes, "to get to where you wanna go, you gotta be willing to do things you never done" its gonna be an adjustment to go without using any cards for some time, but we both believe I got it, I know others have been in similar if not worse situations and its a sprint not a marathon...THANK YOU TIM

I started my plan with them 5 years ago. I was overwhelmed and drowning, but today I have learned that I am 1 payment away from done with my plan. This company and their employees have been nothing but kind and helpful throughout the process of building my repayment plans and all through the process. I can't express enough how great they are. I was hesitant to start the process 5 years ago, but it was one of the best choices I've made. Fantastic service. Fantastic people. Doing fantastic work.

They never call you back, and the process is not a great experience.The only kind person here was the customer service rep who transferred me over to a credit counselor that doesn't return calls. Half the time they are away from their desk.Once you say you want to end the program though they are very quick to respond ? and lie saying “I have attempted to call you several times and reach out with no response.” ?

My husband and I just finished our program. I am extremely happy to be debt free with the help of Cambridge. From day one they have been there to help. All of the representatives are extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Everytime I had a question or concern they were there to help. Love that they were local. Would highly recommend them. Don't hesitate if you are swimming in debt. Get help!

Cambridge Credit helped me handle my credit card debt. They negotiated lower interest rates enabling me to pay off my credit cards in a shorter period of time. Paying off $5,000 at a lower interest rate allowed for the major portion of my monthly payment to pay down the principle. I would recommend Cambridge Credit to anyone looking to pay off their debt. The company is extremely helpful and has their clients' well being in mind.

I must say that thanks to Cambridge, I can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel. Being a mom of a child who became unexpectedly disabled put my finances completely out of whack. I went from having lots of cash flow to all of a sudden being beyond broke and living off credit cards. This led to me being unable to even make minimum payments on most of my cards. I started to feel hopeless like I'd never get out of this hole. I decided to get ahold of Cambridge after finding them on Google. I am glad I did. I enrolled with Cambridge in August. My credit counselor Lauren has been beyond helpful to me. My monthly payments are reasonable and one payment that ended up being way smaller than all my minimum payments on my cards. If all goes as planned, I will be out of debt on 08/24. This is amazing considering the horrible financial situation I have been in. I feel like I can finally breathe! Thank you Cambridge.I will update this review in in 2023 and let everyone know how it's going.

I don’t like them at all. I contracted them because they could reduce the monthly payment of my personal loan with OneMain Financial from 192 per month down to 152 per month, a 40 dollar difference. I signed a lot of paperwork virtually and jumped through hoops in order for this to happen. They kept sending me statements monthly ONLY when I would email client services, and if I wouldn’t remind them that I’m under contract with them to pay off my personal loan with OneMain, I would get a past due call from OneMain telling me to give them a call back. They have my checking account number and routing number, Cambridge just doesn’t make payment on the 15th of each month which is supposed to be on auto-pay cycle.

I was one call away from filing bankruptcy with another company. I’m glad I found this program after days of researching my options. Four years later I’m on my last and final payment and I’ll be officially debt free!! Trust the process, stop using your credit cards, Stay within your budget, Be consistent with your payments and you’ll see the light at the end of the tunnel! It’s a marathon not a sprint, just be patient!
