These people are the nicest sweetest people you'd ever want to meet, this is the reason I give them a 5. I'm good with all the bank services except for the 37 dollar fee for an overdraft if you don't have the protection and there are good reasons not to have it..other than that..the people alone are worth it! In a world where customer service is severely lacking they make up for it!!

This is the absolute worst bank. I have never had such a problem depositing money in my life. The lobby and drive thru are always empty, there is a good reason. Do yourself a favor and get an acct somewhere else!

Long drive up line. Simple transactions take extremely long to process. I don’t know what is going on with Berkshire Bank but the decision to close the Feeding Hills branch was not well thought out. Sad, because I have banked with them for many years
