“We have purchased many appliances from Contractors Home Appliances. They furnished all of the new appliances when we remodeled our kitchen in Windsor. We moved a few years ago, and have since purchased a new dishwasher and just recently a new refrigerator from CHA. Our refrigerator was delivered two days after it was ordered. My complements to the delivery crew: They were on time, neat, courteous and quick. 20 minutes after they arrived our new fridge was up and running. Excellent job! We always shop around for major appliances, and always come back to CHA.”

“We visited Manny's Appliances in Westfield MA 3 times. After our 1st visit we purchased a GE refrigerator and an electric GE stove with coil burners....both in white. Our salesperson was David Lunden. After much thought, we revisited the store the next day and looked over our purchases and questioned things we hadn't thought about when we purchased the items. Our salesperson that day was Carlos Jackson and he gave us more insight on the appliances. On the 3rd day we revisited the store with a completely different mind set and decided to go with chrome rather than the white for our appliances; our salesperson was Rick Fournier. With Rick's assistance, we chose chrome appliances and a total different model for the refrigerator, but stayed with the GE brand name. We landed up with a more expensive appliances, but we were happier with our purchases. All 3 salespersons were exceptional in their knowledge of the products that they were selling. The delivery date was on time and the delivery service was again exceptional. The workers who removed our old appliances and delivered the new ones on Tuesday, May 29th were professional in meeting our needs! We are thinking about purchasing two more appliances in the very near future, in chrome of course for our kitchen.....YES, we will again purchase through Manny's Appliances in Westfield! “In a difficult world this appliance store stands out:They go above and beyond !! Not a run around like a big box store. Real people who care.I called Vincent the owner of the store when our gas grill seemed to have been assembledwith problems and not only was he concerned but he came out to our home and at 72 years old got down on the floor dissembled and reassembled it correctly cutting through all the manufacturer logistically difficulties like a pro. “Had a great experience from beginning of purchase of our refrigerator to the delivery. We were greeted warmly by Earle and shown the absolute perfect refrigerator for us. The transaction went smoothly and we left with a promise of a phone call to let us know when it would be delivered. Seeing it was 4th of July week we understood he might have to fit us in. We had stated that since our refrigerator was still working it was not an immediate need. He would have fit us in. On Tues morning he called and said it would be delivered Friday afternoon. We received a phone call Friday and the 2 men were on their way over. I was hoping it would be an easy install but unfortunately they had to change the plans and work their way through our front door through our living room and into our kitchen that way. They were incredibly careful especially when they had to
move a curio cabinet. They were very polite and courteous . I would recommend Quimbys. I have previously bought a Speed Queen washer from them.”

“The employees at the Home Depot stores are, for the most part, wonderful. My beef is with the fact that Home Depot (and other retailers) are trying to get rid of employees via the introduction of ‘Self-Checkout’, to the detriment of the patrons and employees. The delays, confusion and
frustration ,while checking out, is rampant at all stores that have implemented and emphasized ‘Self-Checkout’
Please, I want to deal with a ‘HUMAN’!!!!!!”

After explaining my situation Ian was very helpful and got me a quote which was emailed to me a few days later. I then went back to the store on Saturday and again spoke with Ian who was able to place the order for me. Afterwards I roamed the store and bought a few others items. Overall the store was clean and well stocked. Other employees I came in contact with were friendly and helpful with the questions I asked. Plenty of free parking.”
“Dara at the exchange street location in Chicopee Mass, has legit been the BEST. I’m really big on customer service and she’s went above and beyond in many occasions to make sure things were processed correctly, that I had what I wanted for my son plus more. I literally refer everyone to go to her location. I make it very known I only want to deal with her! I hope the company recognizes her and gives her flowers and appreciates the hard work she does!”

“I would have given a 5 star, however costumer service comes along way in a costumers experience, at any place of business. I was taught growing up to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. I've given many of the self check out staff at Home Depot in Enfield, for over a year "the benefit." I love going to this specific location, because I always find what I need, they have great prices and sales, it's also 5 minutes from my house. However, I will only put my orders for pick up, which I've had a GREAT experience with the staff who bring out my purchased items. The reason to this is because it doesn't matter how great you have your store prices, it just takes a few times of some staff members to be rude, for a costumer to either start shopping at another store, or do what I do, order for pick up. The staff at the self check out need to learn how to treat everyone as equal regarding race. I would be the bigger person and say HAVE A GREAT DAY! as they look up to the ceiling like I wasn't speaking to him/her. As I mentioned before I'm sure it's not all the staff, but the times I've gone in, within the last year I have yet to come across a professional self check out staff member. A year was enough to stop going in, as I was ready to call the staff out regarding there behavior.”
