Came with my UPS barcodes to return a 5+ items, and unfortunately I couldn’t use any of the barcodes to return my items. However, Mark was nice enough to help me out cancelling all my barcodes in order to get the UPS return labels, he also printed them out for me and provided me with all the packaging needed. Vlad as well was very nice to other customers while I was in the location. It’s so hard to find excellent customer nowadays and these 2 guys are doing a great job running this business. Thank you both!

I just left and am truly appreciative of the customer service! I had return with a different label/ instructions and Alan took care of everything absolutely perfectly, he made it look so easy. A task I had been dreading was easy, quick and so glad I got to discover this local gem! I will be utilizing all of their services moving forward- they have notary too!!

The men in the store were so helpful to me when I went in. I had done an Amazon return without printing out the labels and the young man who was there got right on my phone and made sure everything I needed was printed out. I appreciate the customer service they provided and they were so pleasant and helpful.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! I came here for my pre-employment I-9 verification, upon presenting my drivers license and certified copy of my birth certificate (from the city with the embossed seal) I was immediately shut down and told they will not be accepting my birth certificate and I would have to return with another form of document. I explained to the gentleman who was helping me that I have used this exact paper for every job I have started and even a previous position with this same company. I was met with rude remarks of "it doesn't matter where you've used it before, I will not be scanning this paper today". Their explanation was because it says "copy" on the top they will immediately reject it... I'm sorry but the list of acceptable documents clearly states "original or certified copy". After multiple back and forth with this employee the manager came out and tried to tell me the same thing. Eventually he agreed to scan it for me but was very adamant that it WILL be rejected and I will need to return to the store. They did not want to get in trouble for it being rejected and made sure that I gave my consent to use that paper so that they could say I insisted they scan it if anything went wrong. Low and behold, it worked fine and was approved just as I knew it would be. Very unprofessional and rude from the get-go!

Not only did they help me with my packing needs my car broke down in front of the place. Vlad came out and assisted me with getting it running again. Each time I have come here they go above and beyond! Thank you thank you thank you! Feeling so blessed!! .

I come here about 5 or 6 times a year. The customer service is amazing! They go above and beyond for their customers and are always friendly and conversational with me. You just dont get quality customer service like this anymore so it's so nice to experience.

A great Store. Alan, Rich and Vlad truly go above and beyond what is needed to ship packages. They’re all very friendly and on a first name basis with all of their regular customers. If you don’t live in agawam they’re worth and extra few minutes of drive time.
