I really enjoyed working with Eileen andthe team It was a bit confusing to me at first because I was use to working with another Loan Officer. Eileen was able to give me clarity on a lot of my questions and concerns. Once we were on the same page, things sailed very smoothly. She was always professional and caring as well as the team! Buying a home is a very stressful process but Academy Mortgage took a lot of that stress away. We worked with Brett who was an absolute BLESSING! He updated us quickly, and answered questions I had before I even thought to ask them. He kept us updated every step of the way, and even if there weren't any updates, he will still check in with us.
