I completely understand that storms make for difficult situations, but when you have a motto, a creed, a promise to man then you fulfil it no matter what. I just called mail office and they said they called mail carriers in by 3:00. I'm a Marine Corps Vet so perhaps I hold others to higher standards, but to me........NO MATTER WHAT MEANS JUST THAT........NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!!!
