“Freds did an awesome job with my (brand new) SUV which was side swipped by a tractor trailer. Everywhere I called had at least a month wait, similar here but understandable in the current market... they got my rental allset for me, i was picked up and brought to enterprise, then simply left the rental there when i got my car. The shop communicated through the whole process and called me to give me an update... I got my car back in a timely manor shining like the day I bought it!!
