I've been using them for years and they are friendly and consistent. They saved me today because I kept forgetting the check my levels, my fault, And when I looked I was on empty. We are about to receive Sub-Zero temperatures overnight and I felt pretty panicked. They were able to sneak me in a delivery and I'm so thankful. Great service, thank you!

Homeowners be aware of these young oil delivery drivers! They have no experience and don’t know what they are looking at. I’ve been getting atleast two calls a week about failed oil tanks from Quality oil do to the age of the tank! If your tank is 100% solid and there’s no signs of rust or pitted areas on your tank then it’s fine and does not need to be replaced! Call another oil company or local plumber for a second opinion!

I would give this company less than one star if allowed.I have been using this company for well over 10 years and have always been in good standing and paid on time. When my partner left they felt that it was too confusing and couldn’t deliver me any more oil. Which makes absolutely no sense, so I had to find another company. It was very hurtful and I was devastated…. That they were so willing to drop a good customer.I would never refer them to another person.I will surely find a better company and one that also has its own service providers.

Wow. Been a Quality Oil customer For 12 years+ - husband called 10 days ago - ordered oil, they never came as they usually always did. They claim they have no record of the call - my check from 10 days ago still out there ??? - their answer “ additional 10 dollars to come out to you today” and they suggested due to our dissatisfaction with that -we find another oil company, we will. Do people actually make up that they have long discussions with oil company customer service About them going paperless or can we still pay by check left outside under the rock on the pipe??? And order Oil but really don’t? Only to run out of oil in the middle of the night and scramble to gas station for diesel In in the wee early morning in freezing temps that can freeze their pipes??? No! I guess, We will tell everyone in this area of this bad experience which formerly was forever good . Wow. Who was the guy on the phone though 10 days ago who dropped the ball? Hmm.

Been a customer for the past five years, unfortunately I had to make switch to a new company because they price gouge and don’t stay competitive. New company was almost $.60 cheaper per gal. Figured I’d support my town business but it wasn’t reciprocated. Not a wise decision if you want to grow your customer base.

As an Insurance Agent and Homeowner this note together with my receipt in my mailbox today was just a “Highlight” of my day! For such little additional money a year to your policy you can save yourself such grief and stress in the event this disaster ever happens to you or anyone you know. Please review your policy and call your agent if you heat with oil. Also don’t forget to service your boiler system and get your chimney cleaned yearly

My tenants just got over $700 of oil delivered to the house and the tank was empty so it needed to be primed, they left without priming the tank when I called they refused to come back to prime the oil. When I called they were extremely rude and arrogant to me And ended up hanging up on me. I was polite and being very patient with them. I feel they treat us like this because my tenants have fuel assistance. Very unprofessional and I'm very very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody

Shame on you Quality Oil. How dare you make people get a minimum of 150 gallons because of this cold spell and especially after the holidays. I don't have a problem with the money but some people moght find it difficult. I have been a customer for over 15 years and I think it's about time I look elsewhere. I'm sure you don't care because plenty of people need your service and it's obvious you don't care if your willing to do this!!
