I've been dealing with Dennis and Ione for over 15 years. They have serviced all my cars and the relationship has always been pleasant, friendly and professional. Never once have I had an issue with the work being done; the time it took to complete; pricing or the end result. He would tell me when things were wrong I had no idea were wrong while they were fixing something else. He always shows me the parts he removes and explains what was wrong with it. I've been doing business with Dennis for many years. He has worked on all 3 of my cars and has never been anything but honest and professional. My car has always come back from him expertly repaired. His two mechanics (Rob & Dave) and the best in the business and know exactly what they are doing. They can (and have) been able to just listen to the car and tell me exactly what the problem is. Whether minor or major work, It always gets done one time, on budget and there has only been 2 returns for the same problem as they had different options for the solution to the problem. They tried one and when that didn't solve it, they tried the other. They didn't want to change out 2 parts at the same time as they would not know which of the 2 was actually causing the problem. They only charged me for the one that was the culprit. You couldn't ask for a better shop to do business with.

Some how some way these guys manage to mess up a simple oil change ! I brought my car in for an oil change left with my car leaking oil , I noticed oil spots on my driveway so I brought it back to fix the issue. Instead of fixing the issue he held my car there for 2 days did a whole bunch of nothing and returned me my car WITH NO OIL NOT A DROP! This place is absolutely terrible very confident no one knows what they are doing in there because how do you manage to mess up an oil change 2 times in a row !!!!!!!! Complete idiots ! Whatever you do save your money go to jiffy lube or something anywhere besides this garbage auto shop they call an establishment! I’m beyond mad missed work because of no car and also had a chance of blowing my engine because these idiots can’t do there job right!Service: Oil change

Best service and sales in the area. The owners bend over backwards for their customer even when customers prove difficult. They are really fair and honest.

Do not trust anything Dennis says. He promised to fix car (engine work). I dropped off car in November 2022. They were double the estimate 2k . I paid. Even bogus gas charges. Didn’t make it 5 miles and I had to bring it back. It has been four months of him saying it’ll get fixed. It’s now 4 months he’s had the car. Not fixed . I have to have it towed out. Complete waste of time and hard earned money.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ABSOLUTE LAIR! I brought my car in for lack of power at certain times. I explained this to Dennis. He promised me he could fix it and if he couldn't , he knows a guy that can. Quoted 1000.00$ after having it a month. Charged me 2k to get it back. Dash idiot light still on and it wouldn't go over 40 mph. Brought it right back. He now has had my car for over 2 months. Never brought it to "his guy" he wouldn't tell me who he is. I am at a loss as to how much this guy is extorting from me. He even charged me for gas. Which doesn't add up with my odometer. I've worked on cars for 30 years ,so when I started questioning him, he said timing chain and water pump, then said he didn't know what was done. Do yourself a favor , do not trust this man! Keep driving. I believe he had no intention to fix my car after I paid him.

Bought a car here, gave a deposit and traded in my car.was waiting on the check from the bank and they sold the new car I had bought.never again will I give this guy any business.
