Jean, the owner, LOVES cats.We brought our girl, Charli, to stay at the cattery for 9 days.We received email updates from Jean on how Charli was doing daily. This put our minds at ease. Upon picking our cat up, Jean wanted Charli as her own and called herself Charli's momma. We will definitely use the cattery as our go to place again.

We've been leaving our beloved cats in Jeanne's care for years now. She is the BEST! She sends us updates daily and lets us know if there are any concerns. The amount of care and love she shows her cat guests is amazing. The cat condos are spacious and well equipped. There are big windows overlooking the cranberry bog. Lots of bird feeders guarantee natural entertainment for the cats. We love Cranberry Hill Cattery and recommend Jeanne's services to all cat owners.

We recently boarded our cat Coraline at the Cranberry Hill Cattery for 8 days. I was able to have an amazing vacation and relax because I knew Coraline was in excellent care with Jean! Jean is so patient, caring and knowledgable! Coraline had a great time at the Cranberry Hill Cattery and will definitely be going back when we take our next trip!

Placed our cat into Jean's care for 12 days. Found her care to be sensitive, knowledgeable, and in tune with the feline society. She kept us updated regularly with informative text messages and pictures. Her demeanor and discourse helped us enjoy our vacation by reducing our stress and concerns about the well being of our pet. Her facilities were clean, roomy, bright, and very cat oriented. I would recommend her services and do plan to use her again.

Jean’s care, knowledge, dedication and passion far exceeded our expectations (and we had high expectations!). Our cat, Echo Sprite has separation anxiety and is shy (read terrified) around new people (and some who should have been familiar by now too). We contacted Jean a few months ago to see if the CranberryHillCattery would be a good fit for Echo. Jean listen to all of our concerns and talked us though all of the Cattery’s features and her style of care. All of our worries were immediately put to ease after chatting with Jean. Echo did a 4 night test run to get used to being in a new place without us. The test run made Echo’s longer stay even better. Echo warmed right up to Jean and felt very much at home enjoying the beautiful views and watching all of the birds and chipmunks play outside. We know, because not only did she keep us informed both times on a daily basis but also because she sent us pictures regularly so we could actually see him enjoying his perch on her cat tree or lounging on a cat scratcher during his time to be out of his cat condo to roam and play. The attention and care Jean put into curating the Cattery shines through. Each guest has their own private condo with multi level perches and most of the condos have a view to the outside and privacy from other guests. Words cannot accurately express how exceptional Jean and her Cattery is. We highly recommend CranberryHill Cattery for all of your cat sitting needs!

We left our recently adopted cat with Jean for nearly three weeks. She was a wonderful foster mother and he thrived in her care. Her facility was immaculate, stimulating and designed well with bird feeders to watch, climbing structures, cozy “nests” to hide in and lots of toys. Jean texted us every day with photos of our cat and descriptive progress reports. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to board our pet. Will definitely bring him there again!

Jean was super nice and accommodating to our last-minute reservation just a week in advance. It was just a one-day stay but my two cats were well taken care of. Since they don't get together most time, she was able to accommodate them in their own comfy and clean condos. She was attentive to their feeding schedule and sent text updates throughout the day. Very nice space with individual spots for all the cats staying. Will definitely be using again in the future!

It is not easy to find a warm, welcoming and thoroughly prepared location to leave your family cat while traveling. The Cranberry Hill Cattery is both, well-prepared and comfortable and Jean is a wonderful host. She loves cats and their unique personalities. Regular communication via text or email is a great way to put your mind at ease. Our cat has been very happy each time he’s visited.

We were nervous about leaving our cat as we had a bad experience in the past with another cattery, but Jean took wonderful care of our little guy. Jean is caring and kind, and loves cats! She made us feel welcomed and comfortable and understood our fears about boarding Smudge. The cattery is clean, sunny and very comfortable. She sent daily photos and updates which gave us reassurance our boy was safe, adjusting to his new environment and receiving great care at the Cranberry Hill Cattery!!

After visiting Cranberry Hill Cattery and meeting Jean we felt that during our vacation staying there would be the best option for our two young very active cats. We were right. Jean managed to put two very apprehensive cats at ease during their ten day stay and at the same time putting us at ease with her daily texts and frequent photos. Any getaway in the future is sure to be preceded by a call to Jean.
