“Freds did an awesome job with my (brand new) SUV which was side swipped by a tractor trailer. Everywhere I called had at least a month wait, similar here but understandable in the current market... they got my rental allset for me, i was picked up and brought to enterprise, then simply left the rental there when i got my car. The shop communicated through the whole process and called me to give me an update... I got my car back in a timely manor shining like the day I bought it!! Thanks for helping to give me an easy solution to my problem! My time is very limited and you guys did everything so right!”

They make this useless money grab easy, in and out. Clean shop & has a warm place to sit and wait while they do the inspection. I even had a friendly pup to pet & keep me company while I wait ??”
