I go here because my insurance company makes me, but the pharmacist is nice, as is James. But asking my birthdate each time (especially when there's a line) as opposed to just month/day is not cool. Prices are higher when I look at other parts of the store.

I went to this Walgreens store today. The older woman that rang me up didn’t give me four of my items that i purchased and I didn’t realize it until I got home in Westborough. Didn’t realize I had to watch your employees like a hawk when they’re ringing me up. Hope she enjoys my items…..

The staff at the pharmacy are excellent. Started using them for my prescriptions about 9 months ago. Best customer service I've experienced with a pharmacy yet! James and Alex are often the ones working when I come in. While everyone there is kind, they stand out as they are both quick and very genuine. Highly recommend!

Although the pharmacy was swamped with calls, the check-in process was very efficient. Alex was super friendly and gentle when administering a shot.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Prescriptions are never ready on time, the pharmacists never know what’s going on, always late, incredibly rude and unprofessional. Wouldn’t EVER go back here even for an emergency.

I had a confirmed appointment to get a flu shot, but after driving all the way over there I was told they couldn't do it because their pharmacist hadn't come in the day before and they were still running behind from that. No matter that no other actual person was waiting there for either shots or prescription pick ups that I could see, no matter that I was standing right in front of them, or that all my info was already in their system and it would have been really quick to just do my shot. When I asked why it had even let me make an appt., I was told their system doesn't know when they are running behind (can't they block appts??). I had 2 people standing there explaining to me why they couldn't do my shot (and I was just standing there listening, not prolonging it by arguing with them), which I'm sure took more time than it would have taken to give me the shot. But that would have taken a desire to do the right thing and actually help this (now former) customer.

The pharmacists here are horrible. If you go to fill a controlled substance they treat you like a criminal and give you a million reasons why they can’t fill the prescription.
