Beyond excellent customer service. The gentleman working the counter was kind, beyond helpful, personable and patient. I watched him go go above and beyond for another customer in the sort of way that made it clear this was nothing out of the ordinary. Wonderful experience.

This store is FANTASTIC!! Julia and Colleen were very helpful on my first visit, and the owner, Steve, took great care of me with a complicated mailing to a foreign country on the second visit. I would DEFINITELY use this UPS store again. They set the bar for customer service.

The three customer service agents at this location are White supremacists. Nice or White people and refuse to help People of Color. The blond young man started to process my order than ran over to another White male customer who walked in after me. Then the White young lady with the accent, looked at me with disgust when she was left to help me. The middle aged white Man was verbally intrusive and rude talking down to me.Thank you for your response. I think your follow up would better serve local People of Color by editing your not to me below. Thanks!

I received EXCELLENT service at the Action UPS store. I went in to make just a small transaction and they went out of their way to be friendly, helpful, and provide advice to me that saved me time. Highly recommended!

Terrible service. Very rude. Will never go to this store again. I walked out after witnessing one of the employees treating another customer so rudely that she just ended up asking for a refund. If I could give less than one star, I would.
