I’ll start with a little background, the positive, and then get into why I am only giving one star to Soccer Stuff. I am a father of 6 children who has to be very frugal with my money. We found Soccer Stuff and saw it was fairly close to our home, and decided to take my 3 sons there to see about getting them their first pair of soccer cleats, soccer socks, and shin guards. The young High School aged guy there was very kind and helpful and patiently helped get my boys the right size cleats, etc. As any American father with multiple children would do, I was also comparing same/similar cleats online since America thrives on capitalism and we are free to shop around for the best deals, best products, etc. Gas and grocery prices alone these days are astronomical! I had already decided I would purchase 3 pairs of soccer socks, three pairs of shin guards, and was pretty sure I was going to buy at least 2 pairs of cleats, and was leaning toward buying the 3rd pair as well. However, before I could communicate these intentions what must have been the manager? Owner? Supervisor? Came over to me, and almost immediately made it clear that I had crossed the line (in his mind) and that comparing their store’s prices with other prices on my smart phone was unacceptable since they had helped us with sizing, etc. It seemed clear to me this was an unreasonable man who could care less about me as a potential buyer, and was only concerned about his own ego and getting my money. I told all my boys to grab their things, and we left without buying anything, and went to Dick’s Sporting Goods in Nashua, NH, got better deals and had WAY more respectful and kind customer service. Today was our first and LAST time shopping at Soccer Stuff. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST GIVING THIS STORE BUSINESS. Customers are not obligated to spend money at a store just because employees are doing their jobs. This man obviously felt entitled to my money, but funny thing is, it’s not his.5/5/24 update in response to Soccer Stuff initial response: We were not using your store as an “Amazon try on facility” I was very close to purchasing items from you. Second, I wasn’t making excuses, I didn’t need to, I told you I was shopping around, and that is ok to do. If you don’t like capitalism, you are doing business in the wrong country. I DID appreciate the 30 minutes you all took to help us, but if I the customer decide to walk out without buying anything, and if I want to compare your prices with Amazon, that’s my freedom to do so, and I’m not gonna be bullied into spending money at a business that feels entitled to my money. And we didn’t leave because you asked us to, I told my boys we were leaving when it was clear you were an unreasonable man to deal with.

I called from out of the area with a question about a product they offer online, and they provided detailed information and support, despite (the product) ultimately not being what I was looking for. I would do business with Soccer Stuff in the future!

Awesome place for anything soccer. My daughter needs very wide cleats because she has bunions. We couldn’t find her a comfortable pair until we arrived at Soccer Stuff. They had so many options for her to choose from it was amazing. Great customer service all around. We will definitely be back to purchase more soccer related items in the future! I only wish we had found this place years ago, we would’ve saved a lot of time running around at all of the big chain stores, usually having a really hard time to find her cleats that didn’t really fit well.

If I could give 20 stars I would. This place was just great! I won't be going anywhere else for my soccer gear again. The one downside would be their actual website. Not very good. Not that a website has to be perfect but it helps. I heard about the store from some soccer mates but when I went to the website I was hesitant. My soccer mates assured me this was the place to go though, they weren't wrong. So don't judge this store by it's website and check it out! I walk in and was greeted with big smiles and super friendly people. They asked me right away what I was looking for. I let them know was looking for a new pair of turfs. I was lead over to the section for turfs and then asked my size. He disappears in the back and returns with 6-7 different styles. He proceeds to take a shoe out and loosen the laces for me to try on. As I start trying on a shoe he starts telling me about the diff styles. I was sold on the second one I tried. I know it may sound like a salesman trying hard to make a sale but it was all sincere and professional. After picking out the turfs I literally wanted to give this guy a hug. I usually don't do reviews for retail stores but the experience I had here I just had to. And for my other reviews I usually add for folks to not take my word and see for yourself but you should definitely go see for yourself.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Has everything you need for soccer. Would much rather shop local and have my money go to a small business than a big box store. Will be returning.

Soccer Stuff to the Rescue! We had ordered soccer cleats for our daughter online. We got them on a Wednesday and she tried them on when she got home at 6:15PM. They did not fit properly, too small. We drove to Soccer Stuff in Acton. We made it at 6:30 just after they closed. They must have seen my daughters tear stained face and took pity on us, because Brian let us in! He took incredible care of us. Not only sizing her feet but bringing out 4-5 different styles and brands for her to try. She tried all of them on and found one that fit perfectly! Not only are we now devout customers but we will shout it from the rooftops! Brian and Crew at Soccer Stuff is THE place to go!

Very educated staff members and a wide variety of cleats and jerseys. A bunch of my friends and I have been to this location; the only complaint that a few of them had was that the staff are a little too talkative.

Very impressive knowledge of the cleats and flats. 10% discount for debit card/cash purchases. Live in Belmont but will definitely be making the trip to shop here again. Great spot!
