We had a great experience at Siesta sleepworks. We visited many other retailers (all the usual and more), and Siesta stands out. No pressure, very experienced, knowldegable and so friendly people. Picking a mattress is hard, so many to choose and so hard to know the difference, and which one is going to be right for you. We found at Siesta no gimmicks, but the people really know their stuff and point you in the right direction. And it's actually a pleasant experience; for once we actually enjoyed the process and didn't feel the anxiety and doubt we felt everywhere else. And they have a good selection too -- not only the ususal suspects but quite a number of high quality and reputable manufacturers one may not have heard from. And the prices seem better than the competitors. Every single bit worth a visit.

I had such a wonderful experience with this company! Their customer service was amazing. I needed a box spring and pretty quickly. I called on Friday and they delivered the next day. He said the delivery window was 2-4 and they arrived at 2:15. The two delivery men were so pleasant and offered to help me move the mattress and everything. It was such a pleasant and easy transaction, i can't recommend them enough!

I've always had a great experience shopping for beds and mattresses at Siesta Sleepworks. I've always found the owner to offer good suggestions within budget and have never felt pressured to exceed my budget. They recently gave wonderful delivery and set-up for an adjustable bed and made sure the remotes were programmed correctly and then removed the old mattress. I've been shopping at Siesta for decades and am grateful to be able to buy locally.

Big selection, nice employees. Best of all, there is zero pressure. We bought a King sized mattress with delivery. It only took a couple of days.

Don't bother going elsewhere- hands down Siesta Sleepworks is the best place to buy a mattress, stress-free. Buying locally is important and Andre was helpful, knowledgeable and patient and his prices we're reasonable, too. We were in dire need of a new mattress as our other was sagging and causing one of us back issues. Andre's insight and knowledge helped us narrow the choices and then we made the final decision. The delivery occurred, when and as promised. His delivery team was in and out in 5 minutes, too. An easy experience for sure- thanks Andre, we will definitely return.

We went in yesterday and purchased a new Puffy mattress and adjustable base! Andre was very helpful with helping us decide with what would be best for us. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and made the experience not so overwhelming by giving us our space which we appreciated while we tested out all the beds. Definitely recommend this place for your mattress needs!

If you want a mattress with NO RETURN POLICY, this is your store.Recently purchased 2 bed frames (king and queen).soon after purchased a new king mattress and box spring.Purchased on the November 29, called Andre on December 13 to let him know how much pain I was in and wanted to exchange/refund. Previously he stayed a 120 day return period (similar to other stores, as I checked) Turns out not the case, claims due to Covid. *take note, their return policy is NOT on website, Yelp, google etc and NOT posted In store or on receipts. However I did find a review that stated how quick and easy their return was….hmmSpent OVER $2000 and now have a mattress I cannot sleep on. BUYER BEWARE!Very disappointed.

We had a fabulous experience with Siesta Sleepworks. We purchased a twin trundle, 2 mattresses , and a mattress cover and we are very pleased with our purchase as well as the fabulous customer service that was provided.

In a word ... OUTSTANDING! For the past 27 years, I have only bought my mattresses here and have also bought bedroom furniture. My loyalty has been earned by this family run business, begun in the 50's, and reminiscent of that time. They remember me, they make shopping easy and comfortable, they are honest and sincere, prices are fair, the merchandise is high quality, the store is not overwhelming and does not reek of a chain. Thank you Steve and Andre for making mattress buying easy and fun, thank you for your honesty and care.

Was told 120 day return policy on mattress, called 14 days later to return and now have a NO RETURN POLICY. Says now due to Covid…called about 20 other local and chain mattress stores and they ALL had return policies from 30-365 days.

Went in at noon on Labor Day, waited 20 minutes to talk to the owner and bought an online mattress for a small discount over online sale price. Delivery was quick, but I forgot to tip the delivery guys and they left their mark on my lawn on their way out. ?

I Purchased a mattress and an adjustable base from Siesta Sleepworks. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the service I received from Andre. He only suggested mattresses that he thought would fit my needs. Price and quality of items in the store are excellent. I scheduled a delivery date and time but later I realized I had a conflict with time. Andre was more than accommodating to change the time. I like to support local businesses and this is perfect example of Great Service and Great Products ! Thank You it was a pleasure making this purchase. Delivery was Great too !
