I had several bad experiences with shivas before & finally decided to post a review. Last time when I bought a cracked wheat packet, it was old one which has insects inside.They don’t have price tag for 90% of the items on the rack to trick customers & when I mentioned it, the employee acted so rude & started shouting. They sell samples that’s illegal to sell. If you want fresh products, never go here. If you want to choose products based on prize & quality never go here. I won’t recommend this grocery store to anyone

FYI, I just read the reviews from many others mentioning the same issue about this store. also noticed there were one reply from this store owner to a reviewer as challenging him/her instead of trying to admit their mistakes & improve the quality of products, adding price tags & treating customers with basic respect. this store is there to just make money & don't care about customer satisfaction or anything in that manner. i have taken pictures of samples that are selling & planning to report to the right authorities so that they will lose the license if they don't improve the way they run this business

That's really Indian! There are some homemade treats here, such as the greatest samosas I've ever had. Low pricing. A large selection is available. The reviews who complain about the service miss the point: you don't come to a venue like this for the service.

Don't go to the store at 10.30am, that's not correct. Waited outside the store for more than 20mins past the opening time, made multiple calls - but no response. Owners need to look into this.

Terrible customer service. They said that they had an item, but when I went there it was out of stock. They costed me a 30 minute detour. Will never come back again. 0/10

It is an Indian grocery store and has fresh Indian vegetables too. The owner and staff here are awesome. The prices are reasonable too.

Very good Indian grocery items and ready to eat snacks and sweets. There is some inconsistencies with the pricing. Some items are costly compared to other places. Vegetables section needs to be improved with more fresh produce.

This is a compact market, especially as far as fresh produce is concerned, but it is stuffed to the rafters with packaged goods like spices, rice, and mixes, plus it has plenty more items in freezers. Prices on the spices looked very reasonable, especially since you could get many of them in manageable small servings. They may also have a small selection of ready-made food up front which gradually sells out by the end of the day. Talking about which, they're open fairly late - until 8.30pm on weekdays - so it's perfect for that last item you need for a late dinner or for an evening cooking or baking project.

Well stocked products. Accept credit cards for any transactions over $5, even if the purchase is minor. Best spot for tasty samosas, batata vada, and quick snacks. There is plenty space for parking. The Punjabi owner is affable. I visited this location numerous times.

I recently moved to Littleton and it was a relief to find this grocery store near my apartment. The store is huge, clean and organized. I always find the stuff i need in my kitchen. The veggies are fresh and come at reasonable price.
