My vegan chicken was so yummy in my tummy and you can't find a price on chicken as good as this one, even in Ohio!! As soon as I got to checkout a sigma rizzler checked my items in record time. He was very kind. I looked to my left and saw an alpha male bagging items so fast like Kai Cenats skibidi fanum tax.

There are several people who work at this market who are completely and totally certifiable and I have no idea how they managed to get hired, because Roche Bros is a very nice market. But maybe it’s because the store manager is a complete and total horse’s backside, so he tends to hire people who are just like himself. It’s really a shame because this market carries items that you can’t find elsewhere. But, it doesn’t matter because I won’t shop here again unless there is a big turnover in both management and employees. (You know there’s a problem when even the managers are headcases…)

Roche used to be a nice (if a little expensive) place to get groceries for a family. However, their prices have become outrageous, often more than Whole Foods. The result is plainly visible — the store is almost always empty, when it used to be very busy.

The problem here is that the store manager is a complete horse’s backside and his rude, obnoxious and unprofessional attitude trickles down to the rest of the employees. I have never seen a supermarket with more rude and crazy people and, as a result, I no longer will shop here—despite the fact that I am a longtime customer and have been shopping here for a lot longer than most of these nuts have been working here). I also really don’t understand how someone who has no skills whatsoever, when it comes to dealing with the public, becomes a store manager. Frankly, I wouldn’t hire this guy (or some of his crazy employees) to sweep the parking lot.

Great place for high end groceries. They have premium quality products across the board. A nice new hot food self service buffet. Very wide selection of gourmet cheeses. Pretty good selection wines.

Clean well organized store, a little pricey but worth it for the atmosphere and freshness of product. Best fish department and love the butcher section. Always plenty of cashiers to speed the checkout process

Roche Bros is like a convenience store than a grocery store as they are selling items at insane prices. Go to stop and shop or Market Masket to see some reasonable prices. Crowd is way less than other stores for this reason.

This would be the 5th year on a row that I would be purchasing a specific item. This is the only store in entire area that carries this item. I call today and the manager for the cheese speciality area has never heard of this, and this store has never carried that item.. Good help is hard to find.

Good store with variety of fresh produce, bakery, deli, wine and many more. Very neatly organized. Little bit pricey.

Readers, Tell your friends in the area: No bakery service after 6 pm. No customer service either. They go home. Store closes at 9 pm. I wanted a cake for a Birthday for today evening. Walked in at 6:40 pm.The cake was behind the glass in bakery. Since no customer service at Roche I went to the "front associates" 3 young people chatting away. I asked for bakery service. They said they did not have anybody. I asked if anybody could help me? Guy asks me 2x You want someone at bakery?? Now? They went home at 6. I ask again, they say they would page someone. A guy comes after a while to bakery I point at a cake I wanted. He says. Oh I do not know how to give it to you . And I do not know anything about any box to put it in. I go back to chatting people, tell about the clueless person they sent to me. I ask : any other idea? Guy does not even say anything just stares at me. The others smirk. .. so I am a local doctor and have been a customer since Roche opened. Quality, customer service, all had gone downhill. Really bad in last year. The store us empty, and it is clear why. I will warn all my local friends, acquaintances. We will switch.
