Jules is an exceptional trainer. No workout is ever the same and you cover every muscle group in the body. She listens to make sure you're not over doing anything and has the best interest of her clients as her top priority. I will recommend everyone go and train here. You will not regret it.

Jules and her staff are great to work with. My husband and I worked with Jules to get a customized workout plan that we could fit in to our busy schedules. She varies the workouts so that we didn't get bored or tired of the same thing. She can also help with nutrition and meal guidance so you can get the full spectrum to get a healthier you. I would highly recommend!

Ripped by Jules is the best place I have ever worked out. Because it is small, the trainers really watch form and pay attention to the details that allow clients to succeed without injury. They also develop relationships with clients and help achieve goals whether it's fitness, nutrition, and/or both, as well as recovery from injury. I have never felt more known and cared about at a gym.. The trainers are all committed to the clients. Support between clients is fostered and workouts, while challenging, become fun because of this.
