The customer service is unmatchable. I had a gait analysis done and I learned so much about my running pattern and what shoe worked best for me. I’m really looking to try my new shoes out on the road! This store is not like the big chains where you’re just another number. You get personalized care without feeling like you’re being forced into buying something. They actually care about how you’re going to feel running in the shoes they recommend! 10/10 will be back.

Mark has helped me so much in the last two months, from a full gait analysis to identify the source of some leg pain, a shoe fitting, and even a special second shoe delivery to my local OrangeTheory studio (within 24 hours of ordering!). Highly recommended for any runners in need of help.

Great concept for a store with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I came in after my older shoes started giving me blisters. What they do here is have you try on shoes then go for a very short jog on a treadmill and film it, replaying the footage in very slow motion. This allows you to see how your foot first makes contact with the treadmill, how you rotate, and how you push off. Bob who helped me explained the difference between types of shoes and gave me a handful to try on. For the service that was included, the price was very reasonable. Glad a service like this exists and I would go back

I heard Marx was the place to go for a good assessment of your feet, gait, stride, and the running shoe you need. They live up to all the great reviews and then some. Worked with a great young guy named Asher who is a triathlete: he certainly knows his stuff, is super personable, very knowledgeable about running and the shoes they sell. Turned out I am loyal to Saucony for a reason and he helped me choose a great pair with more support. Highly recommend Marx, and Asher!

I went into Marx running last Saturday a young guy named Davis helped me find my next running shoe as I was wearing out my Saucony’s and I’m in the midst of marathon training . He got me into the brooks adreline and told me that there is a ten day window of seeing if they work with me . I called four days after and Marx spoked to me and said come on in let’s see what we can do . I pulled up he knew it was the lady with the return shoes and not only him but he informed Elizabeth about me. Long story short I could go on and on about this place he got me into a pair of 361 running shoes . That are taking time to get used to coming from a super soft trainer to a firmer but stability galore. If your looking for genuine 200% customer service and a few laughs plus education pleas see Mark, Davis and Elizabeth . You will not be disappointed . From the hot mess uneven hip runner who continues to run in no pain . Thank you !!!Emily

I so wish I had found "On Your Marx" sooner! I have now done several 6+ mile runs in the shoes they fitted me with, and they are so comfortable! My previous pair of running shoes, bought from an outdoor equipment store, felt like they fit OK but I was getting pain in my toe joints and getting bruised toenails. I showed them to On Your Marx and they spotted the problem immediately. The staff brought several alternatives to try, and had me run on their treadmill to check. The ones we chose together are wonderful.

Recently went here and it was awesome, the gait analysis was really cool, the person working there was super helpful and the shoes were fantastic (I feel like I got new feet) I highly recommend it!

Mark and his staff at Marx Running in Acton are wonderful! Every time I've been in the store, the staff have been knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. I initially did a gait analysis to figure out the best sneaker for me. They put me in the 361 Nemesis and they are my absolute FAVORITE sneakers I've ever walked or ran in! I highly recommend both the brand 361 as well as buying your next pair of sneakers at Marx!
