Recently went for a bra fitting after having breast reduction surgery. The staff was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. So many choices and brands and not any pricier than a department store. Will definitely be a repeat customer! Would highly recommend to anyone but especially those post-operative.

They don't stand by their products. A bra I purchased here a couple of months ago completely fell apart. I called them to ask about their return policy, and as they saw how recent my purchase was, they said they stand by their products and I could bring the bra in for a full exchange. When I got to their store the changed their minds and said it was my fault the bra pulled apart and they wouldn't exchange it. I didn't actually realize companies still acted this way towards recent purchases, but now I know!

Today was my first time at Jo Karen’s. I knew I was wearing the wrong size bra and I NEEDED to get measured. I chose Jo Karen’s because of the amazing reviews…well let’s say I was not disappointed. The woman that helped me was amazing!! Her name is Kim and I am thankful I now have a bra store I can rely on. I highly recommend this store! Thank you Kim for helping me today and getting me in the correct size bra.

Highly recommend this place. Such a calming experience in bra buying. I was totally catered to by the staff. I will never buy my bras in the bigger retail stores again. I’ve told all my friends and relatives about this place. Looking forward to returning to this store again!! Thank you ?

This really was the most painless bra shopping experience I’ve ever had. The ladies here are so patient, helpful, knowledgeable, kind and understanding. I will never go anywhere else to buy a bra again. One stop shopping with a smile (under the mask of course)…who could ask for more!

Best customer service & experiene..thanks Kim. The first bra she had me try was a perfect fit. I was really blow away.. She pegged the size on the first try!!! I have been fitted before at different places and walked out with out purchase as they never seem to fit right. Will definately be back..

As requested by the store's website, I called to make an appointment for a fitting. I am not sure why I even bothered since the salespeople spent more time helping walk-ins. Perhaps it was unrealistic to expect that an appointment meant some level of individualized attention. Clearly the salesperson was more interested in the long-time client who walked in after me rather than honoring my appointment. Evidently, the salesperson doesn't understand how you get long-time clients is by treating each and every customer like they were rather than they are expendable and not worth their time. I selected one bra. Normally good salespeople will ask would you like additional items in that size or a different type. Nope, not this salesperson; because she was too busy picking out items to try on for her other client. I was willing to spend some decent money on a good set of bras. I reluctantly bought the one and really should have just left without buying anything. I will not be back.

They are the only store that sells Ennell bras in the greater Boston area, to my knowledge. Due to the pandemic I have the bras shipped and it is hassle free. Thanks!

I've been going here for my bras for over 10 years and I don't know if I'll ever leave. Back in high school they helped me find my proper sizing because I could never find bras that fit at regular stores. I still remember how they made even an awkward teenager feel comfortable in the fitting room.Whenever I go back, the employees are insanely helpful and friendly, they look up my previous purchases so they know what to look for and are definitely not afraid to search through the sales rack for me.The prices are high, but for good reason. Everything I've bought lasts for 5 years, and a sports bra I got here 7 years ago is still going strong.Can't recommend this place enough.
