Hi is there a phone that gets answered ever? I've been trying to call for 2 weeks to speak to a tech about a custom rear glass for a '93 Porsche 968. The phone just rings, I listen to a recording, then it hangs up. Even an email address would be helpful. Please help! REPLY EDIT: That doesn't make sense because we can't contact a local branch via the website. We have a question to ask the local branch about custom glass being made, and not even the corporate office's call center can reach you guys via phone.

Booked first appointment of the day weeks in advance, now waiting at my house since 8AM just received call at 10:30 saying they can’t get here till after 12pm. That’s terrible customer service and extremely frustrating

Fast professional and looks amazing! I booked online put all the info in, yes it’s going to take an hour. Just went to bagels plus up the street which is great and then went for a walk! Can’t recommend enough!

I had such a welcoming and a professional experience with Safelite Autoglass in Acton. The technician was willing to assist in removing my roof rack prior to start of my work order which made the initial encounter great. The front desk assistant was also well informed and answered all inquiries of all the process. They were very thorough and made the process very easygoing and would recommend this place for any services related to the company. I would come back again if needed.Thank you at Safe Lite Auto in Acton.

they are thiefs!! You pay for the page at the time of making the appointment, they change your workshop according to their convenience, at the time of the service they want to charge you extra money for what has already been paid, they are unprofessional, inexperienced, have no ethics, do not lose your time are just misleading advertising!!

Used this business to have my windshield replaced twice in less than a year. (Because of road debris and thermal cracking) Easy online appointment making. They called to confirm the date & time. Clean waiting area. No outlets that I could find to plug in a charger/phone/laptop. Complimentary water, coffee, and some snacks. Was in and out quickly and the staff was friendly and professional.

Rescheduled my appt from Newton to Acton because the customer service was awful in Newton. Acton Safelite was AMAZING. such great customer service. Quick turnaround time. Efficient and most of all friendly. I highly recommend.
