I was rear ended in Acton, thought my car was totaled. International Collision Center were recommended, thankfully the car was not totaled and Jason and team took very good care of the car. The car looks, fantastic, can't tell that it was hit at all. They came recommended by Acton Auto Boutique, and I would highly recommend them to anyone based on the quality of work, the time it took to complete.

Someone hit my car's rear bumper, puncturing it, so it needed replacing. The guys at Acton Auto Boutique (where I bought the car) told me to take it to only one place: International Collision Center in Acton. The excellent staff (and Jason and Cassidy) were just outstanding. The repair and painting is PERFECT. You don't need to go anywhere else for body/paint needs. Eric F.

I am in my first stages of getting work done. I followed what my insurance told me to do and they set up the notice for me to make an appointment at ICC for the approved insurance company estimate. I went in for the estimate, they were very professional and provided the estimate to my insurance directly.May need to switch my work appointment but are very easy to deal with and accommodating.Not sure how this could have gone off the tracks for some people unless they had bad insurance companies.I live in Acton so this is very convenient as well.I will update if needed but I have been impressed so far.Service: Body & Trim

These folks are GREAT!!! Excellent work with extra attention to detail. The car was ready at the time it was promised. Not only was the workmanship outstanding, but the people were very nice to deal with. If I ever need auto body work done in the future, I will definitely use International Collision Center. First class operation all the way around.

I can't speak highly enough of this team. Saved me so much time and money. and fixed my rear-ended car in an afternoon instead of a week (the car is 12 years old so a little reshaping instead of a whole new hatch was perfect). I would send anyone here with no reservation!!!!

When pulling into a parking place the car next to me opened their door into my rear door resulting in a large dent. After working through the insurance process I took my car to International Collision as a returning customer. This is the third time over the past several years that Jason has worked on a car for me and I have always been satisfied with the service and quality of the work. This repair was no different. Once the car entered the shop there was a need for an insurance adjustment that Jason took care of behind the scene, nothing needed from my end! When I picked the car up the repair looked great, I can not tell there was a repair, the paint matched perfect and the car was returned clean (much cleaner than when it arrived). Bonus, Jason also repaired a couple of door dings on the rear quarter panel as a courtesy.This is why I give 5 stats and continue to return, Jason goes above and beyond. He is always available if there any questions or issues to make sure the customer is happy.

They did a wonderful job on my ***** Volt, which had body dents and rear taillight damage in a parking lot collision by another driver. ***** and his team were very courteous and very thorough in fixing the car and delivered it in a very clean condition. I will post some pictures of before and after in another message. I'd recommend Int Collision, Acton and have given them high marks to my insurance company. R.G

My XC60 was rear ended, the bumper needed to be painted. International Collision Center did great job to paint the bumper and checked other parts of the car to make sure there were no other damages caused by the accident. Highly recommended!Service: Painting

I called and asked for body work assessment. I had an appraisal from my insurance company. I wanted to see if they could give me a rough estimate on when it could be repaired and how long it would take. I was told I would need to bring the vehicle in person, nothing could be done with an emailed/faxed appraisal. So after a few days I stopped in. I was told that it was NOT necessary to bring the vehicle in person. What a waste of time (35-40 mins). How can anyone trust a business like this? Avoid at all cost.Service: Body & Trim

My 4Runner needed a front fender repaired. While a couple of the front panels had been pushed in and split apart by the accident, the damage was more cosmetic than structural. To my inexperienced eye I thought the work would have been easy to fix and (relatively) inexpensive. I went to three other body shops and was stunned by how expensive the quotes were - each one more outrageous than the one before. The quotes were so absurd that I even decided just to let the damage be; no repair. Then, luckily, I stumbled across ICC. Their quote was entirely reasonable, the work was done promptly, the paint job was superb and the finish was like new. The driver and passenger interiors had even been been cleaned and the mats washed etc (there was no access to the rear seating at the time). All in all, excellent work. Absolutely would recommend these guys to everyone - and would certainly use them myself for any future body work!Services: Body & Trim
