I discovered INK by referral from someone who knew their work. Now I refer to them all the time. I have told them that their sign ought to say "FINE PRINTING", because everything is top professional quality, and the service is always efficient, friendly, and ready when promised. I wouldn't go elsewhere after discovering them.

Communication is outstanding, quick, and thorough; messaging me information needed to ensure the end result is what I was looking for. Staples was backed up (shocker) and their clerk suggested Ink Etcetera. They were terrific - rapid response, great pricing, and highly personalized customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a fairly complicated printing request for my nonprofit organization's year end appeal; several groups of mailing with different materials required for each group (pamphlets, letters, remittance cards). John and Pat were extremely accommodating and made the process as smooth as possible given the complex request. They helped guide me through the process from start to finish: John took the time to talk through different paper/printing options, kept me updated on the status throughout the project, and they were quick to respond to questions via email. Highly recommend using Ink Etc for your printing needs!
