I had to take my puppy unexpectedly because his vet didn't have anything available, and the puppy needed to be seen. They explained everything, including treatment. Very professional.

I was very pleased with the treatment both my pet Squeaker and I received at Great Road Veterinary Hospital! The doctor, her assistant, and the girls at the front desk were all very nice and helpful!

There’s been no challenge that Great Road can’t solve for my pets thus far. Patron for 3 years to 2 cats—one rescue very challenging. Recently had to bring her in for some de-matting and Kristina took almost a whole day to piece-comb her out in intervals that she could tolerate. This saves me from having to have my senior girl fully sedated for a grooming.
They are great at helping you come up with a plan going forward with any difficult pet situation. Compassionate and patient and cheerful. Highly recommend!

Emergency room prices for services and meds. They are only open 5 days so gotta make up money somehow. Manager Emma treats customers like bunch of idiots. You can get better treatment and save money at any other place.

A lovely experience during a stressful time! The staff and care at Great Road Vet is top tier. Dr. Demarco was amazing, so kind and patient with my dog. Not pushy with treatment planning and priced fairly. We will definitely be back, Nacho says thanks!

My pet was going in for surgery and I was pretty very nervous but the workers made me and my pet feel so comfortable! They took the best care of her. Very good costumer service. Definitely being your pet here :)
