Rose was an absolute doll and made the process of having to total my car about as quick and painless as it possible could have been. She clearly explained each step of the process, called the appropriate insurance assessor, helped me set up a rental, and had everything wrapped up for me by mid afternoon.

Just got my car back from Ernie's. What a wonderful experience working with Rose and the team. They make things as easy as possible and do great work. This is the 2nd car we've had them fix. Hopefully we won't have a 3rd one anytime soon, but if we do I will bring it to Ernie's!

I am so grateful for the amazing experience I had dealing with Ernie's Auto Body. They were extremely helpful, professional and kind. I unfortunately had to put a claim thru with my Insurance company due to some dishonest jackhole I work with, they hit my car while parked at work and didn't report it. Anywho it had been a very long time since I went through the claim process and I was very lucky to find Ernie's because they were very knowledgable and made the process super easy and headache free. They had my car for less than 3 weeks and kept me updated the whole time. AND when the car was ready to be picked up they offered to drop it off at my house (a few miles down the road) which I thought was going above and beyond. The car looks incredible they did a fantastic job and I will for sure use them again and recommend to anyone, not to mention they are just nice, down-to-earth good people . Unfortunately I found myself somewhere no one wants to be at, an auto body shop. I was t-boned and after receiving a long list of approved shops Ernie’s stood out with its reviews. I am so happy I found them. Rose is a true professional. As this was my first accident she walked me through the entire process, called the other insurance company while I was there, handled a rental car etc! My truck looks brand new. I can’t recommend them enough, this is a gem of a spot!

I had a car issue and was calling a number of shops trying to gather some info and spoke with Rose. She was very helpful and helped me figure out the best course of action. I am not a big car person and she set me up with a different shop because they were going to be cheaper and got me in sooner than I could have gotten on my own. I will absolutely be using Ernie's for all my needs moving forward because of how helpful they were during this process. Highly recommend.

Rose was very friendly and helpful with the whole process. Kept me up to date and remained in touch to answer any questions I might have. I'm so glad we found Ernie's!! From the minute I placed the call to get a quote, to the moment we got our truck back, it was a positive experience. Rose was fantastic to work with. Very friendly, explaining everything. I felt she worked hard to make sure every thing was perfect. Outstanding customer service! And the truck looks brand new. Can't forget the price was great too, much lower than the unpersonal shop who could care less about my concerns! Thank you for a wonderful experience....you certainly have a returning customer!

I went to Ernie’s auto body to fix minor dent for my car . I shopped in and around Acton MA getting quotes but my stop at Ernie’s auto body was the last one and I don’t look for anyone else . Rose Silveria the manager is very professional and friendly . She took time and explained me in detail what needs to be fixed and what not considering coming winter and everything was fixed on time. Great service and quality repairs. My car was hit by a tree and had a significant amount of damage that needed to be repaired. Working with Ernie's & Rose made the whole process very easy. I called Ernie's once I got back my insurance appraisal and within hours Rose had reached out to them to sort out payment and ordered my parts. I received my car back in less than a week and it looks as good as new. They will definitely be my go to shop moving forward!
