an older white employee grabbed me by my hands and was very racist towards me, i know it's a privilege white town but i felt very uncomfortable.

I regularly visit this CVS and am always amazed by and grateful for the employee Angel’s positive and helpful attitude. It’s always a better experience when she is there working - she is the best at checkout and directing you to what you’re looking for.

I sometimes go here to shop since it's open 24/7 and it's convenient if I need anything late at night. Plus if I ever interacted with an employee it was always pleasant. Recently I noticed a lot of bad reviews about the pharmacy, but I just got a prescription filled for the first time and the man at the counter was super nice! I went in the late afternoon and there was a short line, so not sure if it depends on the time. My prescription took about a day to be filled and it was ready when I showed up.

If I could give zero stars I would. They NEVER answer the phone. It's so bad that my rx was late and incorrect. I have to go back again. Also, they always have a long line.
Messing my rx and not being able to contact pharmacy is a big no no.

Couldn’t give 0 stars. Pharmacists are not helpful. If you ask questions they get irritated and doesn’t have time to answer your questions!!

The worst CVS pharmacy ever, after 3 weeks waiting for my prescription to be filled, they told me that they couldn’t find my medication and you can take your prescriptions to a different pharmacy, what a customer service?!!!
I think you need to know someone working inside the pharmacy to be able to get your medication, please save your time and your health and go to a different pharmacy.

Poorly organize pharmacy. Regularly out of medication while prescription wait. No notifications. Patients depend on a reliably supply of medications. This CVS pharmacy branch cannot be counted on.

They never answer the phone and will have my meds in stock but often don’t fill my prescription unless I call them and ask them to.

Would give it a zero if I could. The place is terrible. They never answer the phone, always short staffed, always a huge line and you have to wait forever to get your script. Never coming here again.

I arrived today at 6:58 pm: Holly Norton refused to give Emmy medication that was ready for pick up. I am going tomorrow on an international flight and need the treatment. she was dismissive and horrible .

I understand how understaffed they are. after calling the pharmacy for a few days with no answer I had to go in. the app told me my prescription was ready but the cashier told me there was a problem and had to go to a different window. I waited till the same person came over and asked me the same question. again he's was just doing his job. was told me prescription was sent to a different pharmacy. they could not tell me where and suggested I call my doctor. I did and still no help. told me to call my insurance they also told me there was no problem. the irony here is its for antidepressants. I'll try again tomorrow but they are the only part of the equation that can fix this. I think it must go beyond the location. I'm sure they would help me but can't get past the programs in the computer

Very disappointed with this CVS. My daughter went to get Dayquil for me and she went in an uber. They asked her for ID my daughter pulled out a picture of her ID (21 year old) and they said "Your in America, you shouldn't be around without an ID". That is very disrespectful and should get different staff. The manager never went up to her to say anything. Very poor management and very racist employees.
