This was by far the best new vehicle transaction my wife and I have ever experienced.
We were treated fairly and honestly, which is my expectation. There were no surprises or glitches.
The vehicle was ready, perfect condition. Full tank of fuel.

My wife and I recently purchased a car from Matt and I must say it was a great experience. He treated us with respect, he was professional and kind. During the few days of our decision he did not hound us like every other salesman we spoke to. He was courteous, knowledgeable and helped us get into the Tahoe we wanted. We love our new Tahoe and have a new found appreciation for this dealership. I would strongly suggest speaking with Matt when you go here.

Due to a last minute crisis with our 2001 Blazer, Don Sanborn found us a replacement SUV and managed to get it registered in one day so that we were able to leave on our vacation as planned. Without his help our family reunion would not have happened.

I went to have my tires rotated and the wiper fluid refilled. When I got home, the tire pressures were low and there was no wiper fluid in the resevoir.

I had the displeasure of being assigned to a rude, disrespectful service representative. He did not communicate appropriately, swore at me, and refused to let me talk to the service department supervisor. My car was not delivered back to me on time, the GM disregarded my request to meet personally with him and the service tech. I could go on and on but just hope they realize they are losing customers that spend thousands of dollars on their cars.

I wanted to share my experiences with Colonial Chevrolet so far. We have purchased multiple vehicles from Colonial and have been very satisfied with our purchases. I scheduled an oil change on my new Silverado for this morning and I was asked to have the truck ready for 8 AM. I showed up promptly at 8 AM and they took my truck in right away and turned it around in less than an hour. I needed, the vehicles first oil change and tire rotation. The cherry on top for me was when Tim, the service agent, who was also excellent to deal with, suggested to me that the first oil change on the new vehicle is free of charge. What a great way to start your Monday! I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle or have their vehicle serviced, head over to Colonial Chevrolet, and they will take care of you!
