Not a good branch, not personable people, not enough people AND the wait time was unreasonable.

Do not use this bank My identity was stole and a have spent more than 6 hours on the phone trying to talk to some to fix it don't walk from this bank run isnt it terrible tha a twenty year customer needs to go through this don't use this bank bad software and the manager would Even give his first nameGreg Freeman usaf retired

I really like the Citizens Bank branch in Acton. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful and most remember and acknowledge me when I come in. The bank definitely has a small town feel. I find it much more personable and feel less pressure banking there than I do at the Bank of America across the street.
