I highly recommend Helen W. from the Acton store. She assisted me in furnishing a new downsized home. She listened to my wants and needs and made great recommendations in both style and function. I feel she went above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied.

Although this store is smaller than others we’ve been to, this was by far the best experience we’ve had at a furniture store! Helen spent a lot of time with us. She was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and helped us order the perfect sleeper & recliner. We bought a unique mirror too. Beautiful show room with a lot to see!

Delightful experience. We were greeted at the door by Helen Williamson who was knowledgeable and friendly. She walked me and my cranky back through the endless models of Stressless chairs until I found the best fit. She made the process easy and pleasant. I would recommend Circle furniture and Helen in particular to any of my friends shopping for furniture.

As a person who doesn’t like to shop I had an enjoyable experience picking out a new bed and chair. Hellen was very helpful in describing the benefits of each chair and bed I looked at. The quality of the furniture in the store is very high so you don’t get a feeling of buyers remorse once you make your selection.

Note: This review is specifically about one of the in-store designers.I had the pleasure of meeting designer, Helen W. in the Acton store this week. She spent a great deal of time getting to know me and my family as we looked at the Circle Furniture offerings. Her keen understanding of my tastes and designs preferences was clear from our conversation right away. I was impressed by her ability to balance asking questions with never being overly pushy or pouring out her life story as some salespeople do. Helen was so warm and personable at every turn, it really felt like collaborating on a design project. She offered insight and tips without being overbearing and was respectful of my choices. Helen is especially skilled at color and fabric selection and then coordination! I would be happy to recommend Helen's services to anyone looking for a knowledgeable designer or a friendly guide in their selection of furniture.

I went to Circle Furniture-Acton for the first time to purchase a recliner. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. Michelle helped me thru the process and showed me a feature on a model I wasn't aware of that changed my mind. It was a very pleasant and easy shopping experience.

Very helpful team at Circle, we worked with Michelle Roseman. We went in looking for Stressless chairs and wound up buying a different set that worked better with our existing couch. Manufacturing and delivery took a while but was understandable due to COVID-related supply chain issues. Very happy with the overall experience.
