The annual overhaul and tune-up was completed during the scheduled date. The technician has serviced the equipment over several years and understood the equipment and was familiar with various service related issues. He has outstanding customer service and technical skills.

If you want your furnace serviced, they will make things worse AND charge you for the inconvenience. Terribly managed from top to bottom. Don't make the same mistake I made. Steer clear!!

Zero stars. I feel like these people are still in training, and they will just start replacing parts of your furnace just to test if that was the problem, but, hey, they will charge you full price for those parts that didn’t need to be replaced and were working perfectly fine. Their training took a bunch of visits, and they weren’t able to figure out what was wrong!! If you want to hire them, make sure you have a heated blanket and space heaters for a few weeks and tons of money to waste.

Beware! Bursaw furnace service will steal your money. They came out SIX times in a month, didn't fix anything, literally walked away from the job, then had the audacity to charge me $1,000. The technicians are clueless and one, Josh, said the psi gauge was faulty while another said it worked fine. Josh wanted to charge me $200+ to replace the perfectly working gauge. Bursaw will show up talking on their phone and will ignore you while heading to the furnace. They will leave without notifying you if anything was fixed (I looked out the window and saw their van was gone and the furnace wasn't fixed...no heat). The head of service, Dana, will leave your family and kids without heat while stammering off like a child because he can't fix the problem. Definitely use Bursaw if you want incompetent, untrained people who will turn your world into a nightmare, then charge you 1k+. It's insane that this place is still in business.

Excellent prices and they pump. They have been there forever and the owner is a genuine good guy.Can get busy but the staff is efficient so the wait is never too bad.

Yes. The station have some good guys. I am very pleased to stop there, fill my car tank and talk with them. Buy the way, their gas price is competitive.
