An adventure at Bob Moran: Wish i had an accurate CarFax at the time of purchase. My own fault for not doing my homework. I had to jump through hoops to get out of what should have never been sold to me in the first place. Just over 5 years to a very big mistake. Cheers.

Buying a "new to me vehicle" was straight forward,,,, No nonsense,,,, No drama... No surprises! Great follow-up for electrical problems... Some intermittent... By their Littleton location... It would have been nicer not to have not had the problems...

The worst car buying experience I have ever had. They told me it was a Prius V and that the car had leather seats. Neither of these were true. They told me the car would be detailed. It was not detailed and there were no floor mats. They lied to me, mislead me, and took advantage of my unfortunate circumstances. They appear to be part of the dealership but they are not. Do not buy a car from these people.

Literally one of the worst car dealerships I've ever been to. There are MUCH better places to buy a used car from. I worked with Bob and he was careless and impolite, showed very little regard for my concerns when buying a vehicle. Needless to say, I didn't buy anything here, and never will.

I chose to test drive a car here based on the excellent reviews the dealership has on multiple platforms, and was not disappointed. I did not feel pressured to spend money on extras, was treated with respect, and experienced only minimal (and very polite) salesmanship, and was able to negotiate a price I was happy with that felt fair. I ultimately purchased the car I test drove, and am still very happy with it 8 months later.
