“They are honest and know what they're doing.I had an issue with the infotainment and climate controls not working in the front that I couldn't figure out. The team at Swanson was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue quickly. It ended up being something super simple, but I needed the help to track down the problem, and I'm glad I took it to Swanson.
I originally took the car elsewhere, and was told at the other place I needed to spend thousands of dollars to replace a bunch of modules. I declined that and brought the car to Swanson instead. I'm glad I did and I will be back.”

“I’ve now had 2 excellent experiences at Patriot Auto so thought I’d spread the good word about them.
I don’t know anything about cars so finding a trustworthy mechanic is hard and stressful! I feel like I’m always being taken advantage of! But I haven’t felt that way at all with Patriot. In fact my most recent experience with them - I brought my car in for an unknown squeak and thought maybe it was the breaks. However after checking it out, the mechanic told me I still had time left on my breaks and that wasn’t the problem - and ultimately just had to add some lubricant.
Another shop (definitely a dealership) would have just agreed it was the breaks, replaced them all and charged me $1k AND that wouldn’t even have solved the issue in this case.
If you’re not sure where to turn for a new shop, I’d definitely suggest giving Patriot a try.”

“I just picked my car up from this body shop. There wasn't major damage but enough that it needed to be repaired. I booked my initial consult through their online booking. When I arrived, they were ready to look at the car and I was in/out in under 10 minutes. Then I scheduled to drop it off, which was another quick in/out. I picked it up this morning and the car is repaired perfectly, the interior/exterior was cleaned. I was out the door in under 3 minutes. I'm really happy with the efficiency of this place and I would definitely recommend them. Super straight forward and easy.”

“The customer service, level of care and quality of work here is outstanding. I cannot recommend Acton Autowerks highly enough. By way of background, the Audi dealership had quoted me $21k to replace the transmission on my 2019 A8. I brought my car here for a second opinion and am so grateful that I did. Olek and team explained that the issue was the valve body, not the transmission as a whole and then they set about finding the most cost effective and sensible solution. In the end they replaced the transmission with a used 18k transmission for $8k. I saved $13k. Most of all though, I admired their honesty. When I picked the car up they said they thought the new transmission would need to be broken in and asked me to drive it for a few days to check - when it still didn't feel right, they picked the car up from my house and took another look. It now works perfectly - they even offered to pay for my Uber back to the garage to pick up the car. Finally, they are storing my old transmission at no charge while I try to sell it, just because it would be easier for me. As I say, incredible customer service and attention to detail. My car will exclusively be serviced here from now on.”
