Tried out an adult tai chi class. I have never done martial arts before. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. The students and teacher had really lovely rapport like everyone was old friends. All around wonderful experience.

This place is pretty awesome. Been doing Martial Arts since 1989 on and off; I wish I meet Narcyz (aka: Sifu) 20 years sooner. I highly recommend Athletic Balance.
