I have a GLE43 which the dealership failed to properly diagnose and repair. Turned out, there was a particular issue with the left front strut (rattling); and the Acton Auto Boutique / Autowerks team performed the repair flawlessly and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend these guys.

Brought my 2020 GLE for an oil change, transmission flush, front brakes, and cabin filter. They did everything very efficiently, car was very clean when I got it back and not dirty at all. Will be coming back!

I want to thank Jimmy for doing an excellent job replacing my front control arms on my BMW X1. Thanks to his diligent work I feel confident driving my car now. My first experience at Autowerks in Acton was excellent from start to finish. The work was completed on time, and transport was provided to and from my home. Carlos, the service manager, was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He explained the needed repairs with drawings and photos. He even took me to the immaculate workshop to show me the rusted parts that were removed from my car. I will definitely return here for my car’s maintenance and service needs in the future!

Have been coming here for a while now. Carlos and the team are great to work with and are very accommodating with picking up and dropping off the car from my house. They also keep you updated on what's going on and are able to source parts quickly. Between Carlos and Olek I know that I am getting great service from guys I can trust.
