Friendly, professional, and well informed. Not the cheapest, but more than reasonable and they are happy to talk about costs beforehand. Therefore, a great value for your furry (or scaly or slimy) loved ones.

I'm so glad our neighbors referred us to Acton Animal Hospital.Everyone was very kind and attentive to our Howard, from scheduling, to the front desk, to the vet tech, the vet (Dr. McLeod). I've been to many vets where I've felt like they were pushing a lot of extra services and testing (which can be VERY expensive) and wares, but here they let me know what to watch, let me know what additional options were available, and really didn't lean on me to chose one or another.A delightful experience. Their PetDesk app is also pretty handy.

Extremely compassionate and knowledgeable team. My normally spicy at the vet 15y/o girl was so relaxed and really knew she was getting help. Dr. Flessas even called her “sweet pea” which is one of my nicknames for her. Thank You for loving my girl.

They are a great mix of willing/able to do a lot for your pet while not overly focused on treatment. They don't over treat, they don't under treat :)

Loved Dr. Grossen at this hospital! All staff was responsive and respectful. I brought a very sick cat in to be seen as a new client, and the doctor went over everything with me. She was patient and knowledgeable. I had to call in a third-party service to get prescription medication, and office got the prescription approved on their end within 48 hours. It's a great little office!
