Great experience! My daughter had a hard time finding a dress she loved… we went to so many stores looking but couldn’t find any until we went to Designer Diva! The woman working was great! She helped my daughter find the perfect dress and validated her that it looked amazing! I cannot thank her enough for the amazing service and help getting my daughter the perfect dress! Highly recommend!

Lots of selections of nice ( mostly brand name) clothes. Reasonable prices. Owner very nice & helpful- no pressure to buy! I took about 10 pieces in for consignment today (All in great condition from Talbots) I am hoping for quick sales and a profitable result. Check it out! Right now prom dresses are the thing and there are so many absolutely beautiful dresses in all sizes to choose from.

The owner who works here is a scam! She overprices all of her USED dresses and calls it a “consignment” boutique when half of the dresses are more expensive than they were originally.Long story short, my daughter found a dress here, and we paid the owner half of the dress’ price to put the dress on layaway in case my daughter found another dress that she liked. Never once did this woman mention that sales were final. So a few weeks later, my daughter finds another dress at another store, so we call the owner of this boutique asking if we can be refunded the money because we did not want to buy the dress anymore. She tells us that she cannot give us the money back because she already gave the money away to the original owner to the dress. WHAT A SCAM! This dress wasn’t even in our possession, she still owned it and has it in her store, so now she will be making almost double for the dress because she is stealing my money plus whatever she makes from whoever else wants to purchase the dress. This woman never once told us that sales were final, and it wouldn’t make sense that it would be final because the dress wasn’t even ours yet. This woman is money-hungry and a scam. DO NOT SHOP HERE! It is overpriced and shady!

Moderately disappointed. Expect to drop a couple hundred if you want to buy anything for prom here. The prices on the higher end brands were okay for what they were but it’s very interesting they’re selling used shein prom dresses for $250+ when they retail less than $60 brand new. Owner is very helpful and understanding but the prices for prom attire are definitely not affordable.

The place is amazing. There’s so many options and what makes it truly an experience would have to be the help I got. I went in today looking for a prom dress and a birthday dress and I received sm help right away and she even went and picked out dresses for me. Definitely recommending everyone to go here 10/10 experience.

The owner or sole worker was rude to my friends and I. We are all 18 and came in with no parents but many debit cards able and ready to purchase a dress, but yet the owner only pays attention to customers with parents. She was complaining to other customers about us and how we were trying on "so many dresses". The place itself has good dresses but she made it a bad experience for all of us.

I didn't end up finding what I need (semi-formal wedding attire), but the owner was extremely helpful and there was a lot of fun stuff to look at. The store is small, and they really make the most of the space they've got.

I absolutely LOVE Designer Diva! I’ve been shopping here for many years now & honestly I’ve had the best customer service experience in this boutique than anywhere else EVER. The selection’s are great. There’s so much diversity & style. The owner is extremely helpful & always upbeat & very pleasant. She has suggested & styled me for many occasions with 110% success. I can’t say enough good things about Designer Diva. Except if you’ve never been there you are really missing out & need to check them out ?

The owner is a genuine saint! I was totally rushing and looking last minute for a dress and not only did she find the cutest dress ever for me, she also found an adorable pair of heels and earrings to match all for an amazing good price! Such a hidden gem and definitely will be returning!!

This is the place to go for gorgeous, unique prom dresses. My daughter was treated like a princess from the moment we walked in until we left with her beautiful prom dress. The owner, Kristen, and her staff are incredibly helpful and go out of their way to make sure you are happy! So glad we found this place!!!

Excellent selection of prom dresses! Neat, clean & organized! Sales woman was very friendky & helpful. We live about an 1 1/2 away but we will definitely be back for next years prom too!
