Store is dirty, the robot roaming around is creepy and annoying, mostly all self checkouts are open with hardly any cashiers, pretty much no baggers. You don’t find any of this at Market Basket, every register open, not just 1 but sometimes 2 baggers at a register and no self checkouts. Then to top it off this morning the store took 5 hours to notify the police after a threat was made about killing everyone at the store? That person(s) who made that decision should be fired. Why the 5 hour wait?

I like this store but why did you change the hours? You now open at 7? What happen to the senior hours? It says you are open but you are not.

I already complained about the woman behind the courtesy booth with her mask hanging from her ears and she’s still doing the same thing and now today while I was there the guy behind the meat counter 50ish and thin had the mask under his chin not covering his mouth and nose like he’s supposed to , so that is definitely my last time going to stop and shop. The customers are expected to wear masks and employees are supposed to as well so if you don’t want to enforce the rules then I’ll take my business elsewhere

These folks are incapable of stick to a schedule. More over, they are not able to share information about how many miles the driver is away, nor even tell you what town the driver is in. This is a service that is very sub-par. Deliveries are as much as 2 hours after the last time given in the initial window. What is the matter with these people? Why can't they share information? Why can't these people schedule deliveries properly? They say it is because their information is for internal use only. They cannot even contact the driver to find out where the driver is, and if they could, they would not share the information (even the distance away). I rescheduled the deliver, but the driver showed up anyway!!

Consistently late. One time it was an hour past the delivery time, and then 1 1/2 hr past the delivery time. Mind you the window is 2 hours. So a delivery for 9-11am didn't arrive WELL PAST 12:30. On top of it all, they only have a phone number for customer service. Tried calling about the delayed delivery, and an automated voicemail stated "we have a lot of people calling right now, try again later". Then canceled the call. Unacceptable.

The online user experience really is inexcuably inefficient. For two consecutive weeks, I have attempted to "order online," but the tech doesn't show times past 1:00 PM, even though I have ordered more than 60 dollars' worth of items -- the minimum purchase requirement. Then I get on the phone and have to wait through what the recording states are "longer than usual" wait times, though it always says that. Where is the efficiency and convenience? Shopping -- especially online shopping -- shouldn't be a headache. And there are too many companies doing it right, too much online shopping that "works" -- for us to buy the excuse that these issues are unavoidable tech glitches. I can't wait until a better, competing company moves in. Hear that, Market Basket, Roche Brothers, Shaws, and everyone else? And once those companies come in and show that they can do it better -- I'm jumping ship.

Biggest supply of rotten produce I've ever seen. 7 items missing from my order today. Organic produce is not their priority. Organic onions haven't been available all summer. If you know about my order a week prior, get it in stock !

Half the items I ordered from most recent Peapod order were missing upon delivery. Delivery guy literally shrugged when I asked him where the rest of my order was. I rely on home delivery since I do not drive. I called customer service and they said I wouldn't be charged for missing items which was real nice of them. (Another 15 minutes wasted to make the call.) What a huge waste of time the whole experience was. AVOID PEAPOD, THEY SUCK.
