“I went into Richmond Hardware today to find some mechanical bolts and nuts to replace the broken ones on my collapsible camping chair. I was met by the manager/owner(?) who paged an employee to assist me in selecting the proper length and width of the bolts and nuts. Matt examined the broken piece and selected a proper replacement bolt for each of the broken pieces. I thought that I would be spending my afternoon with pliers and a wrench. But to my surprise, Matt attached the bolts and tightened the nuts. I definitely recommend Richmond Hardware for their courteous employees and expert service. Thank you.”
“I have been shopping here for a few years and find the two usual staff members to be the best in customer service. They are always extremely friendly and couldn't be more helpful and knowledgeable. On this recent visit the young man helped me to review numerous color options and paint grades. Your products are better than any other I have tried. All other paint seems like colored water compared with the rich thick SW paints. The staff even offers to help carry out my purchase to the car. Just excellent service in every way!”
“I showed up at sherman williams with little to no knowledge of paint but looking to paint a room myself. The associate at the store was extremely helpful, patient and kind. It was such a breath of fresh air to have someone working there who not only knew what they were talking about but actually wanted to help. The paint and supplies were a bit more expensive than your typical big box store (home depot/lowes) but the customer service and quality more than made up for the price difference. I will definitely be back.”
